Shireen Miller is the daughter of Ron and Jona Hezar, wife to Steven and mother to Mia (9), Teagan (6) and Zaine (5). She is a Realtor® with her brother Anthony Hezar in their family owned business the Hezar Home Team at RE/MAX Diamond Realty as well as a home health Occupational Therapist. She grew up in Alamance County and has a strong passion for giving back to the community that has helped shape her. In her free time, if there is any with 3 children who all play sports, running a business and being a therapist, Shireen enjoys traveling with family and friends, reality TV, home decor and a healthy dose of Vitamin D. She is always planning her next vacation whether it be a weekend away with her husband Steven to the mountains, a group trip with friends out of the country, a beach trip with her family or just a ballgame, she is packed and ready to roll! She is the friend who hosts all of the holiday dinner parties, girls' wine nights, sleepovers for her kiddos and epic game nights. She truly loves volunteering her time and giving back, making others smile and seeing her loved ones having fun!! Unfortunately cancer is not foreign to Shireen. Her mother, Jona Hezar, a real life superhero and Gigi to all was diagnosed with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma breast cancer in July of 2020. Just as COVID was at its all time high their family was rocked to its core with a breast cancer diagnosis. Gigi is her family's pillar of strength, the one who can do it all, who is always there for everyone no matter the need, a friend and motivator to so many and Shireen's very best friend. She states, "I remember the exact day my mama got the call, it was just her and I in the car. She hung up the phone and said, its cancer and its very rare. Our research began for the best doctors to treat her, appointments were scheduled, surgery took place and our fight started. I remember during her diagnosis and treatment I never saw mom cry. She remained so strong when we all fell apart. She was so positive and assured us that she was at peace as she knew God would heal her. Praises Jesus my mama is celebrating her 5th year of being cancer free this year!!" Shireen brings a FUN contagious smile, never met a stranger attitude, high energy up for anything personality as well as a HUGE passion for helping those in need. After years of saying "NO" to Dancing With The Stars, what better what to celebrate her mother's 5 year cancer free anniversary than dancing!!
