Hello we are the Henry Family from Bismarck ND. Our family is made up from myself, Lana Henry, our wonderful daughter Myleese, Lane, Kylessa, and Kenyon. Our family took an unexpected turn when myleese was diagnosed with batten disease in 2018. It has been a challenging path but one that has brought us closer together and strengthened our resolve to support Myleese in every way possible. Myleese is a bright and beautiful 17 year old who loves frozen and her siblings more than anything. Despite the challenges posed by batten’s disease, she continues to inspire us with her resilience and her joyful spirit. Myleese’s determination reminds us daily of the importance of hope. As a family, we have become advocates for raising awareness about battens disease. We are grateful for the incredible support we’ve received from the BDRSA.
