On saturday July 15, my family and I, paddled over four miles on waters of Long Island Sound in the SoundWater Flotilla, we did it with hundreds of other paddlers of all ages to raise money for education, research and stewardship to help protect and preserve the Sound and i'm hoping you will support me with a donation. Protecting our environment is important for my family and we paddle in the Flotilla to help raise money for SoundWaters to help them teach more students about Long Island Sound.
Long Island Sound is our greatest natural resource and our playground and i hope that you feel as strongly about protecting it as we do. If you love the Sound the way we do, then you know we can all do our part to protect it, but by paddling in the Flotilla I am helping SoundWaters do a whole lot more: They teach over 32,000 students about the Sound every year. The kids they teach today will be the stewards of the Sound tomorrow.
Now more than ever, we need to act to protect our environment. Ihope you can make a donation to support my efforts. You can go to my personal webpage https://p2p.charityengine.net/Flotilla/Fundraising/individual/Aleah-Vera
Thanks for you support.
