This is the 5th year I have participated in the Flotilla to raise money for SoundWaters and to bring attention to this precious and beautiful resource at our doorstep. 

For the long term sustainability of the surrounding communities, it is more urgent than ever to educate young people to the value of the Sound to the surrounding ecosystems, wellbeing of the population, and the local economy.
