We are all getting ready for Flotilla 2023 on Saturday July 15. Kathleen will not be kayaking this year so I will be daring it alone.   SoundWaters has had a busy year - the new Cohen Harbor Center opened at Boccuzzi Park in Stamford and is home to many of our education and work force training programs. Long Island Sound is the greatest natural resource in our region, and yet it has a high barrier to entry. Through fundraising, scholarships and a deep commitment, SoundWaters programs are open to all. The team specifically reaches out to schools, parents and partners to ensure that every child in our region can study, explore and thrive through experiences in Long Island Sound. SoundWaters teaches over 32,000 students about the Sound every year.  We believe our community is stronger when we are all connected and learning from Long Island Sound
