"Interpreters risk their lives to support ideals greater than themselves, and in doing so, they are saving the lives of U.S. servicemen and women. We have a promise to fulfill in providing asylum to interpreters and their families in the United States. After all they have sacrificed for us, we have an obligation to ensure their safety from persecution. From an early age, I learned the importance of being a part of something bigger than myself through playing team sports. When I learned about the No One Left Behind organization while attending Hamilton College, I quickly realized it was a team that I wanted to join. 

No One Left Behind continues the uphill battle to fulfill our promise to bring interpreters and their families to the United States. I have had the privilege to meet these families, and they have inspired me to run the NYC marathon. I am excited to do a small part in upholding my end of the bargain." - Casey
