Harc assists individuals with intellectual and related disabilities by providing residential, employment and recreational programs to people in the Greater Hartford area. We were blessed when Harc created opportunities for our youngest son, Brian, to grow and enjoy life independently.  With the support of dedicated Harc staff Brian's life experiences expanded as he enjoyed a variety of community experiences and the companionship of his peers in an environment that focused on safety and growth. Life is good when a person is associated with Harc!
