If you want to join the Heroes for Heroes Team all you need to do is come as a hero.  Are you a military veteran, an emergency responder,  a superhero, a supermom or superdad? Then I want you on my team! Come in uniform, a superhero costume, a superhero mask or a superhero t-shirt

Meet at the Equinox Wall Street location this Saturday, Nov. 12th between 9am - 12pm and we will do the 5.6 mile hike together! We will raise the elevation to a 6.7% grade and raise a lot of money for a great cause. 

I will be in full costume as my favorite G.I. Joe character, Snake Eyes. "G.I. Joe, a real American hero. Yo Joe!"
