#v0dgeball 2017

9th Annual v0dgeball tourney is returning to Vegas!  

Dell EMC is thrilled to be hosting what will surely be another memorable experience. We are proud to host an event benefiting an organization whose mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors. WWP offers 20 holistic programs to wounded service members and their caregivers completely free of charge and 100% of the funds raised through this event go directly to Wounded Warrior Project to help fuel these programs.

What you need to know about the tournament:

  • We are playing by the American Dodgeball Association Rules

  • We’ve listened to your feedback and are bringing back double elimination.

  • We are going to have a hard limit of 14 teams (maximum of 10 players per team again like last year)

  • No substitute team members will be allowed
  • Please complete your registration by August 18rd so team matchups for the first round can be randomly generated and communicated

  • Don’t forget, the first teams to register are in. Good Luck!

How do I register my team? Complete the next two steps: 

Teams are asked to contribute to the Wounded Warrior Project. The goal is for each team to donate at least $1,000. Instructions to set up a NEW team are at the bottom of this screen (A.)

An additional competition is now underway. If you would like to raise additional funds (over and above the $1,000) we will be awarding Wounded Warrior branded Under Armor T-shirts or duffle bags to everyone on the team that donates the most money.

Under “How would you like your name displayed next to your donation?” type in your team name




Enter Credit Card info and click “Check Out”





A. Entering Team Name: please follow these steps:


  1.  Team Captain input $1,000 in the field that appears on the  screen after you hit donate.

  2.  After entering your contact information, select “other” under the “How would you like your name displayed…” field and enter your team name.

@Team Captain: Email your list of team members with your team name to Elizabeth Knicely at We will send information regarding event (waiver forms and team matchup information) as we get closer to the event.

We are at a new venue this year!  The University of Nevada Las Vegas Student Union & Event Services Building. Address: 4305 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154. Please allow 15 minute drive time. The Student Union is located adjacent/behind the Cox Pavilion and Thomas & Mack. You will be parking in the adjacent Tropicana Parking Garage.

 General Event Details:

  • Please allow ample time to arrive at the venue. Traffic in Vegas is usually very congested.  So plan accordingly as we do start on time.

  • Teams need to arrive at 2:30 p.m. to check in and hand in your waiver forms, and to warm up. Spectators can plan to arrive by 2:50 p.m. as the event starts promptly at 3 p.m.  The winning team walks away with supreme bragging rights and individual 1st place trophies!

  • For everyone attending, admission is free. If you want more information or to learn how to support Wounded Warrior Project. No donations will be accepted at the event. Wounded Warrior Project is a 501(c)(3) and donations may be tax deductible.

  • Finally, let’s make sure this is a fun community event while also supporting a great cause! This will be another great event for getting together with friends and colleagues in our community.  See you all in Vegas!
