My name is Ebony Edwards. I was born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC but now live in Raleigh, NC with my Shorkie, Ivy Rose. I am one of 9 children which means I have 11 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 Godchildren and 1 on the way. I love being the FAVORITE Auntie and the real life Disney Princess of our family. I am currently working as a nurse in Pediatrics, taking care of the "littles" and watching them grow. Outside of work I spend quite a bit of time crafting. It’s my “happy place”. I enjoy making shirts, tumblers, and bedazzling anything I can get my hands on. I also enjoy all things dance, attending various events in the community, and spending time with my big, crazy family.

While Cancer has plagued our family in many forms, I will be dancing in honor of my Mother who passed away October 18, 2025 after a 10 year battle with Breast Cancer. Throughout her journey I was her right hand, her teammate, and her caretaker at times. There was no part of her battle that I was not involved in, so I truly wear pink for my mom. As an alumn of the NC State Dance Team, I am excited to have the opportunity to dance again. My mother was always a very active Dance Mom, so I'm nervous to do this one without her, but I hope to make her proud.
