Tracey Grayzer

Impact Alamance, President

Tracey Grayzer is the president of Impact Alamance, a $70 million dollar foundation resulting from the merger of Cone Health and Alamance Regional Medical Center.
She's excited to be dancing for Little Pink Houses of Hope this year, as breast cancer awareness has always been a cause near and dear to her.
At work, she leads a foundation, which focuses on working to create a heathier, stronger and smarter community for all and believes that every person deserves access to a strong grid of resources that provides them what they need to thrive.
Tracey graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and worked in news for ten years as a reporter and anchor at stations in Ohio, West Virginia and North Carolina.
She’s worked in healthcare since, holding senior management roles in philanthropy and public relations. She has an MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer and has also received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America.
She and husband Austin live in Elon with her two children. Evan just finished his first year at Appalachian State and Abigail is a rising Sophomore at Western Alamance High School. Outside of work, Tracey volunteers for numerous community organizations, and serves on several local, state and national board. If she's not working, you’ll find her supporting Western Athletics, out walking, on the dance floor or painting and hand-lettering cards and notes for friends and family.
