Welcome to Holly Pond. . . our tranquil and amazingly beautiful playground straddling Darien and Stamford on Long Island Sound!  Team Holly Pond Paddlers is getting ready for its 8th year to paddle on the Sound with our families and friends to help protect it for generations to come.  Since our team members live on or near Holly Pond and have grown to love our special playground on the Sound, we know that we can all do our part to keep it clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.  We also know that by paddling in the Flotilla, we're helping SoundWaters do a whole lot more:  they teach thousands of students about the Sound, climate science and sailing safely on its waters every year, and it takes education on that scale to create a real impact, especially in these times of dramatic climate change.  Your donation will help them teach even more kids the science of a healthy environment.  The kids they teach today will be the stewards of the Sound tomorrow.  Learn more about what they do here: http://www.soundwaters.org.
