This will be my third time partaking in the Climb for Heroes, and I am so excited to be back 5 years later. However, this year is a little different, as instead of climbing WITH my hero, I will be climbing in his honor. My dad has been my greatest inspiration and support my entire life, and to say being without him since his passing in December of last year has been difficult would be an absolute understatement. This fundraiser meant the world to him, and climbing to the summit 5 years ago is one of the best memories I have with my dad that I will forever cherish so deeply. This year, we go to the summit together again, one more time, and hopefully for years to come. Please join me in raising money for this wonderful organization that gives back to our nation's veterans.
