I hope you will consider supporting us through a donation or becoming a part of our team. Since 2015, The Ascenders, its various members, and our generous supporters, have raised more than $35,000 during the annual Climb for Heroes event. Our team is comprised of Veterans, Sierra Club Wilderness Travel Course members, Adventure 16 alumni, and of course, dear Friends and Family (plus our pets. too).

The Ascenders are united in our goal of supporting The Heroes Project (THP) and its programs for Veterans and the disabled community. THP is continuing its training expeditions for disabled Veterans and is currently building its Veterans training and therapy center in the mountains above Los Angeles.
